Hi Guys! Just wanted to share with you guys some highlights on my Japan Trip. I have uploaded a video as well but this is the photo section :P. Feel free to ask me any questions if needed!

My Japan Trip

I'll be adding some photo on my blog post and the rest will be available for you to click left and right! There are arrows so to change the photo, you just click the arrow! Very easy new feature that Overblog has added however it doesn't work for portrait photos as it cuts off the top and bottom :[

Osaka will be in the next post as I've uploaded too many photos for today and overblog won't let me upload anymore until tomorrow~

Hey guys! I guess i was feeling down today... and it was so awkward having a red nose and eyes in public... everyone was staring at me... but i didn't care since when your feeling down.. no one has time to worry about their makeup :P

I've missed blogging though... doing reviews and also just sharing how i'm feeling even though no one really reads it. But it's for me i guess... so i can always look back and reflect. Today was just a day where i eventually broke down and decided that sleeping in my friend's bed was just more comforting than sleeping in my own. At least there were a pair of ears to listen. Today's review is the infamous FRANK SCRUB.

Review: Frank Coffee Scrub in Coconut & Grapeseed

ds

frank coconut & grapeseed coffee scrub

The description from the website http://au.frankbody.com/collections/all

i’ll target cellulite, stretch marks, psoriasis, varicose veins, eczema and acne with roasted and ground robusta coffee beans.

then i’ll moisturise and tone your skin with grapeseed oil, and use coconut oil to hydrate your skin and tend to any imperfections. i’ll take coconut flakes, brown sugar, jojoba beads & sea salt and gently smooth your lumps and bumps, and use vitamins & minerals to work wonders from the outside in.

sds

Good Part:

♥ Makes the skin soft and smooth
♥ Smells nice (like coffee and coconut)
♥ Really works!

sds

Bad Part:
♡ Messy
♡ Usually only used for warm days (way too cold in winter to stand around naked in the shower without the water)
♡ Has an expiry date of a month
♡ A little pricey
sds
Zelo-Baby-5305.JPG
sds
sds
Zelo-Baby-5303.JPG
df
Overall:
-Does it work? 9/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Yesss! It definitely works. It made my skin feel so soft and smooth afterwards and my skin just felt much better in general.
dfd
df
-Is it worth it? 8/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  It is a little pricey for a scrub that is just basically grinded coffee beans with other ingredients but i mean it works so i think it is worth it. Try maybe the Original to begin with first.
dfd
df
-When should i use it?  In Summer and Spring! Some people would still use it in Autumn and Winter but my bathroom is freezingg even after i take a shower so i really can't be standing in the shower for 10 mins without water. It gets a bit messy but as long as you wash it off... it won't stain your bathroom tiles.
dfd
df
-How often should i use it?   I think once a week is good enough however you can use it several times a week if your skin needs it. I hear you can also use it on your face but that is only for those without sensitive skin.
df
d
sOverall: 8.5/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  Great product! I'll be trying the Original one next time but it's Winter at the moment soo i'll probably just buy it in Spring. It's great for people with uneven skin, bumpy skin, rough skin and just problematic skin that needs a good scrub! Don't worry, you won't smell like coffee too much after the shower but maybe there will still be a light fragrant but it's hardly noticeably.

Hey guys! Haven't done a contacts review is SOOOOO LONG. Here is one then ^^

Review: G&G DB31 Grey Contact Lens

G&G DB31 Grey.jpg

*image from Pinky Paradise

Diameter : 14.0mm
Water Content : 38%
Base Curve : 8.6mm

Zelo-Baby-5709.JPG

Overall:
-Comfort 4/10 ♥ ♥ ♥  I swear one of the contacts was defected as there was nothing wrong with it... like no rips, holes or anything like that but when i wore them.. they were just straight out uncomfortable like something was in my eye. I only experienced this with one of the contacts... the other one was fine. It's abit drying though.
dfd
df
-Enlargement 5/10 ♥ ♥ ♥   There is minimal enlargement as the contacts are only 14.0mm which i liked. I wanted something more on the natural side and these were great for that! Just the right amount of enlargement.
dfd
df
-Colour 8/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥    The colour is SOOOO pretty. I love it. It isn't as vibrant as shown in the advertisement picture however it is more on the natural side of grey which looked amazing. Also didn't look freaky at all. LOVE THE COLOUR.. once again.
dfd
df
-Naturalness 9/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥   Very natural. I didn't look like a doll as there was hardly any enlargement. The colour was also not vibrant and blended in well with my eye.
df
d
sOverall (for defected): 6/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  Honestly the only bad thing about these contacts was the fact that one was defected and it is overall a little drying however with the occasional use of eye drops, the dryness can easily be resolved. Pinkyparadise was kind enough to give me a replacement FREE of charge so i have to say their customer service is definitely TOP grade. Everything else about these contacts are amazing. I'd give this a 9/10 if they weren't defected. It lost one point for dryness :P

Hey guys! I haven't done a food review in AGESSSS! So i decided to do one! I went to The Tea Room with my close friend and i want to share with you my experience there.

sds

Review: QVB The Tea Room

sds

Zelo-Baby-5357.JPG

sds

We had to wait 10 minutes after our reservation time as they were cleaning up the tables which wasn't TOO bad. The interior is really nice. The chandeliers looked amazing but i thought the restaurant would be abit bigger? Maybe i was expecting too much.

sds

Zelo-Baby-5358.JPG

sds

I had charmomile tea while my friend had peppermint.

sds

Zelo-Baby-5364.JPG

sds

I paid $44 AUD for the Traditional Afternoon Tea and this is what we got served with! Very filling. I think the pricey is actually not too bad! Usually alot of high tea places cost around $50.

Top Plate: Lemon tea cake, Tiramisu, Fruit tart

Middle Plate: Ham sandwich, Cucumber sandwich, Tuna Sandwich and Chicken sandwich. A savoury egg? tart.

Bottom Plate: Passionfruit Melting Moment, Chocolate Ganache leaf, Macaron.

sds

My favourite dessert was the Passionfruit Melting Moment. It tasted AMAZING! The flavours were just perfect and it melted in my mouth. My least favourite was the Chocolate Ganache leaf, it was WAY too sweet so it was abit sickly.

sds

A waiter came around with sandwiches but by then i was already quite full so i only grabbed one. Customer service was quite good, they refilled our teapots quite often and we got served the food quite quickly too.

sds

Zelo-Baby-53283.jpg

sds

Overall it was quite good, satisfying and i was very full afterwards. I don't think i'll go again but everyone has to try the QVB Tea Room at least once! I want to try out other high tea places next time.

Review: Dolly Wink Brown Pencil Eyeliner

sds

sds

sds

Good Part:

♥ Pigmented
♥ Easy to apply
♥ Long lasting
♥ Smooth formula
♥ Waterproof

sds

Bad Part:
♡ Smudges
♡ Product gets on bottom lid, has abit of fall out
♡ Not enough product

Zelo-Baby-3745.JPG
sds
Overall:
-Pigmentation 9/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Very pigmented. It comes out as a creamy dark brown colour. Basically the same colour as shown on the pencil.
dfd
df
-Long-lasting 8/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  It's long lasting if you put a primer beforehand, otherwise if your eyelids get oily like mine do, it'll smudge. But usually this eyeliner lasts all day long for me.
dfd
df
-Waterproof 7/10 ♥ ♥ ♥   Yes, this is waterproof but not oil proof. I have one eye that waters alot and usually it kind of washes away the eyeliner so i have to re-apply it. So it's waterproof but... not THAT great.
dfd
df
-Smudge proof 6/10 ♥ ♥ ♥  The one thing i don't like about this eyeliner is that it smudges. It will smude throughout the day and it will 'fall' down so sometimes it'll make you look like a panda HOWEVER if you wear a primer, it's usually not that bad. If this eyeliner was smudge proof, it'd be perfect since it has all the qualities a good eyeliner should have.
df
d
sOverall: 8.5/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  Overall a good eyeliner despite the fact that it smudges. I think because it's quite 'creamy' the formula will eventually begin to fall down. It actually kind of melts into your skin/eyelid. When i apply the eyeliner, i don't like how there are fall outs so i always need to clean the bottom of my eyes with a cotton tip. Although this eyeliner does smudge, it is a pencil one so i can't really blame it for smudging. I have already finished 2 of these and i'm onto my third one, it's my everyday eyeliner and i use the product up sooo fast. I recommend trying it out!

Review: Stylenanda 3CE Creamy Waterproof Eyeliner in Les Miserables #8
sds
df

Good Part:

♥ Pigmented
♥ Long lasting
♥ Waterproof
♥ Smudge proof
♥ No fall out

Bad Part:
♡ Alittle hard to apply
♡ Not really 'creamy'

Overall:
-Pigmentation 8/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ This is quite pigmented but since it isn't very creamy, it doesn't go on smoothly...so basically you need to press slightly harder to apply this eyeliner. It's really good for the bottom eyelid though! The corners of my eyes are slightly sensitive so i don't like to apply too much pressure on that area but i can still use this eyeliner for my top eyelids.
df
df
-Long-lasting 9/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  Very long lasting...this stuff doesn't budge and it lasts the WHOLE day.
df
df
-Waterproof 9/10 ♥ ♥ ♥    Yes very waterproof. Very very waterproof.
df
df
-Smudge proof 9/10 ♥ ♥ ♥   I thought all pencil eyeliners smudged until i met this fellow. This eyeliner is basically smudge proof since once applied, it just stays on your skin until you take it off. I think if your eyelids were super oily, it might smudge abit but still wouldn't make you look like a panda.
f
dd
sOverall: 9/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  This eyeliner has tiny gold flecks in it. Although this eyeliner has a higher rating than Dolly Wink, i use the Dolly Wink more since it is my everyday eyeliner. This eyeliner is more for my bottom eyelids so i don't use alot of this product. It's great.... this is the perfect eyeliner however the formula is as i mentioned above, not that creamy so you need to apply abit of pressure on your eyelids so people with sensitive eyelids would have a hard time. Sometimes it can hurt alittle but once you get it on... it won't come off until you use makeup remover.
df
df
COMPARISON
df
Zelo-Baby-5054-copy.jpg
df
Dolly Wink is more pigmented as seen above. Stylenanda has gold specks in the brown.
Zelo-Baby-5055-copy.jpg
df
With flash you can see the gold specks in 3CE Eyeliner. The Dolly Wink eyeliner is a matte brown and it's a darker shade compared to Stylenanda 3CE.
df
Zelo-Baby-5061-copy.jpg
dfdf
Both waterproof as shown above.
df
Zelo-Baby-5062-copy-copy-1.jpg
df
After rubbing it hard, the Dolly Wink is slightly smudged while the 3CE hardly budged.

Hey guys! Sorry i haven't been posting alot. All the days i've been home have been cloudy so i couldn't take photos of new products and other days i'm out. I just wanted to let you quickly know that i have 2 pairs of shoes on Ebay FOR SALE.

rt

First pair is New Look Pointed Flats with Metal Straps in Size 6 WIDE FIT. These were too big for me as my feet were not 'wide' enough. I think it'd be good for people with feet size 6.5-7. They are really pretty!! and it's a bummer that they don't fit me, otherwise i would have loved them.

rt

LINK IS HERE

$30 AUD. including FREE SHIPPING for people living in NSW.

rt

I don't do international shipping atm sorry! It's just too expensive for free shipping.

2nd pair is STYLENANDA Black Loafers in size 6. These shoes are actually too small for me hahah since my feet are more on the wide side in asian shoes. These shoes would fit a size 5-5.5! They're really cute and petite. Perfect with jeans or a skirt.

rt

LINK IS HERE

$30 AUD as well. including FREE SHIPPING within NSW.

sds

Bottom half of my BEFORE hair. It was a light brown with some parts that looked blond although in this photo it looks quite orange. So i guess it looks different in different lighting.
sds

After dyeing my hair with Liese Bubble Hair Color in Milk Tea Brown. As you can see, all my black roots are gone.

Zelo-Baby-5206.JPG
Different lighting where my hair looks alittle orange. So basically my hair looks different in different lighting. Sometimes alittle orange, sometimes more on the yellow side. Sometimes milk tea, other times light brown. It varies.
sds
Overall:
-Colour 10/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Love it! It is definitely a milk tea brown in most kinds of lighting. Sometimes alittle orange however generally under the sunlight, my hair is a light brown with yellow tones. The dye got rid of all my black roots and i'm just very impressed with how the colour turned out.
dfd
df
-Smell 6/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  Not a fan of the smell. Unlike the palty hair dyes which smelt like fruit, this one made my eyes water. It wasn't the worst but the smell of ammonia was still quite strong.
df
d
sOverall: 9.5/10 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  This foam formula was definitely super easy to use and it didn't burn my head! The colour surprisingly lightened my hair by alot and i love how milk tea the colour looks. I don't mind at all that it sometimes looks alittle orange since that is only in some kinds of lighting. It was non-drip, easy to use and apply without the help of a second person. I wish there was a leave in conditioner included though. One pack was enough for my medium hair so many for people with long hair, 2 packs need to be used. If the smell wasn't so strong, i'd give this product 10/10. Highly recommended for people who want to lighten their hair, milk tea brown is the lightest brown in the collection.
