Review: Etude House Glass Tinting Lips Talk in Bohemian Rosy Brown BR402

Published on by Riame

Hi guys! I know I have not posted in a long time but I'm still alive and I'm hoping this blog is still alive too. I'll be reviewing the new Etude House Glass Tinting Lips talk that has been popping up everywhere. Basically the line has 20 lipsticks and 20 different cases so you can mix-match your lipsticks! I thought that concept was pretty cool seeing as you can change around your case depending on your mood. I bought BR204 with the Sriracha lipstick case.

Good Part
♥ Cute selection of cases
♥ Able to mix and match lipsticks
♥ Super moisturising
♥ Smells nice

Bad Part
♥ Doesn't last long
♥ Case is a little flimsy
♥ Lipstick doesn't come with a case, need to buy separately

Swatches look more neutral rosy with hints of brown but on the lips, it fuses with natural lip colour to make it more of a pink rosy shade

What I thought

I was really loving the concept of this lipstick so I had to purchase it myself. The lipstick comes separate from the case so basically you have to buy two different items. BR204 is almost like a MLBB type of colour as even though it is called 'Rosy Brown', the brown is hardly noticeable. The brown is extremely subtle but it definitely tones down the pink and red tones of the lipstick to make it a neutral rosy shade.

I accidentally squashed my lipstick by winding it up when the lid was on, thinking i was winding it down (dumb moments). The formula is crazy soft, almost malleable making the lipstick very moisturising, ideal for people with dry lips. It doesn't last long though and you have to constantly re-apply it. The sriracha case is super cute and bright but I felt the packaging was kind of flimsy and lacked in quality. Sooo would I recommend? I think yes for people who love moisturising lipsticks and cute packaging but it's definitely more of a novelty item. I think one is enough for me ^^'.
